I have worked professionally with Cathi on three occasions over the last 10 years and always refer to her as a Microsoft Master. Cathi’s knowledge base is incredibly diverse and she has a friendly and relaxed teaching style across the entire Microsoft suite of software. Her private teaching school is relaxed and welcoming, and Cathi’s in-house teaching courses for company groups are adaptable and a fun learning experience. Cathi’s course materials are thorough and detailed go-to guides, my Microsoft Bible, together with her ongoing support an email away.  What is probably less well known is Cathi’s professional services also extend to developing software solutions. I recently contacted Cathi to help me create an online application tool and she quickly produced an excellent solution using Google Forms. Cathi understood the issues with the current workflow, the need for an improved streamlined online solution, and provided suggestions and advice to achieve maximum efficiency. We adapted our approach to working together during a Level 4 lockdown which worked smoothly and seamlessly to achieve the results I needed quickly and efficiently.  Cathi has an engaging and friendly style of communication with her clients and I am constantly recommending her services. This now also includes developing a software solution.
