We appreciate the many different learning styles that people have and so we offer face-to-face in-person instructor-led Courses as well as attending the course remotely using Microsoft Teams. We offer one mastering course rather than a collection of partial courses which set the learner up for failure as it does not give the whole picture from plan to tracking. But depending on the learners, we pull out what is relevant to the types of projects they need to create and depending on their knowledge depends on how deep we dive into the subjects.
Mastering
How to create a project plan, manage resources, save the baseline and track the projects progress.
Attend face to face or remote video via MS Teams.
